Staff was so kind and cheerful. I asked for room to be close together luckily we got it! Also the price is cheap for the room. It was spacious and cozy. We got the breakfast, all so delicious we taste a little bit of everything. Can't wait to come again. Thank you!!

Check in process smooth even though already late nights (almost 3 am actually). Facilities great but can be improved or at least maintained to what it is. HSM brings lot of memories to all of us, such a waste to let it go old and broke.

variation of food at breakfast buffet. the receptionist is good and friendly. indoor floor is upgraded to vinyl makes it look modern. wide room. location is good. near to Tomyam Garden which is served delicious food!

The room was neat and clean. The water pressure was good. There were enough hangers in the wardrobe. The housekeeping lady was very helpful with our needs - fresh towels, coffee sachets and drinking water.

The Family room quite spacious and have space for solat and side table with chairs. The sheets are new and clean. The bedroom doesn't smell musky, fairly clean and equipped with iron board.
