The hotel is very comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast is also nice, and the staff is very friendly. Room service is excellent, and they clean your room when you put out the tag. In terms of location, it's in the heart of the city center, which is very convenient. Overall, considering the rates, it’s an enjoyable stay.

Staff was so kind and cheerful. I asked for room to be close together luckily we got it! Also the price is cheap for the room. It was spacious and cozy. We got the breakfast, all so delicious we taste a little bit of everything. Can't wait to come again. Thank you!!

Check in process smooth even though already late nights (almost 3 am actually). Facilities great but can be improved or at least maintained to what it is. HSM brings lot of memories to all of us, such a waste to let it go old and broke.

The room was neat and clean. The water pressure was good. There were enough hangers in the wardrobe. The housekeeping lady was very helpful with our needs - fresh towels, coffee sachets and drinking water.
